Order Process

1.  Choose

• Size/Design of your painting
• Background (ie. antique cream, cream or grey)
• Other details (ie. paw print beside the dog’s name)
• How you want to pay - either through the website cart or through an etransfer

2. Collect & Email

Once you’ve collected your words, email them to me!  Please take note of how many words are required for your chosen design.  ENJOY this part of the process - make it a party! – done with your family or friends over dinner or a bottle of wine in front of a bonfire!

I require you to send the words whether by email or you can type them into the the note section of the order...

There is a chance that I may need more words during the penciling process. I will then contact you and ask for your input unless you have requested to ‘just fill in’ with the event words. (example: Wedding one – would fill in the Love, Share, Cherish etc.)

3. Approve: (this part is important!)

Verify the proof picture sent to you for accuracy.

Paintings will be shipped following your confirmation of a picture proof, which will be sent (email or text) on completion. You are responsible for approving these picture proofs and only after approval will the item be shipped.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR PROOFS CAREFULLY!

Notes:

• The Word paintings are done on a rustic wood background that sometimes has nicks and blemishes in the wood (adds to the charm!).
• We love doing custom orders for our customers! It is an honour to share your memories or big event with you. If you are looking for a shape that you do not see posted – please contact me and we can work together to get your words into a shape that is the perfect one for your celebration!
• If you do NOT want it shared online - please let me know.

The number of words is dictated by the shape, design & size of the painting.

All payments are required at time of order.

Shipping & Delivery Policies

I ship to the Address you have sent me. If you would like it shipped elsewhere please let me know at time of purchase. I can even include a gift note!

If you have entered the wrong shipping address and it is returned to Muskoka Twig.. I will send it to the proper address (after you have paid for the shipping again).

Muskoka Twig Shipping Costs within Canada - FREE

I cover the Canadian shipping as nothing is more exciting than getting something shipped for free!

All items will be shipped using a courier. (Like Can Par, UPS or Purolator) As soon as it is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number.  If you have not received it – please contact the carrier using the tracking number given.

During peak seasons there is chance that there may be slight delays in shipping timelines. If this occurs please be patient  - we are all are working hard to get it to you!

I do ship outside of Canada – please email to request for shipping costs.

Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your product please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the problem. Please take note that all products are handmade and hand painted so they may differ slightly from the examples. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

CUSTOM ORDERS: The sale is considered final. But...If you changed your mind – contact me ASAP and if I haven’t started it – I will be happy to refund your money.

If you have viewed your Picture proof and let me know it is ok to ship but then discover that there is a spelling error – please contact me.

I would be happy to change it for you free of charge but you will be responsible for the return cost as well as the shipping again once it is finished. Or.. contact me & I will change it for you at a show/ or in studio – please just give me a heads up that is what you want to do!
