Process Explained

We give one on one attention to each of our customers.

Process:

1. Choose – the size dictates the cost of each style. Make your choices on design & details. (like background, colours, paw print by animal’s names)

2. Collect words & Email – if your choice of painting needs your words, they can be put into the order or emailed to me separately to kelly@muskokatwig.ca putting your words together is the best part of this! Enjoy the stories, fun tales and memories! If we need more words – we will contact you.

3. Approve: (this part is important!) – you will be sent a picture of your painting to proof – please look through it and make sure it is what you want – there can be spelling changes made but we don’t tend to move words around. Your paining will be only be shipped after you have verified the proof!

Notes:

· The Word paintings are done on a rustic wood background that sometimes has nicks and blemishes in the wood (adds to the charm!).

We love doing custom orders for our customers! It is an honour to share your memories or big event with you. If you are looking for a shape that you do not see posted – please contact me and we can work together to get your words into a shape that is the perfect one for your celebration!
If you do NOT want it shared online - please let me know.

Payment Policy

All payments are required at time of order.

Shipping & Delivery Policies

· We ship to the Address you input on order.

· I can include a gift note free of charge on request.

· if you have entered the wrong shipping address and it is returned to Muskoka Twig; we will send it to the proper address (after you have paid for the shipping again).

· We ship via courier. If you have not received it – please contact the carrier using the tracking number given.

· During peak seasons there is chance that there may be slight delays in shipping timelines.

Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your product please contact us andwe will do my best to rectify the problem. Please take note that all products are handmade and hand painted so they may differ slightly from the examples. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

CUSTOM ORDERS: The sale is considered final. But...If you changed your mind – contact us ASAP and if it is not started – we will refund your money.

Word Changes Post order

We would be happy to change a name/word. There will be a $10/word charge. You will be responsible for the return cost as well as the shipping again once it is finished. Email kelly@muskokatwig.ca if you wish to make an appointment for changing a word in person.
